You did a story on AI and suicides. That is only part of the mental health issue. Stigma came first and that is still an issue but there are way too many cases for medical to handle. Like at the beginning of COVID when hospitals were overrun. To stop the overrun, we taught where it came from, how to avoid it and how to protect from it. Without those actions we would have never gotten the case load under control. The same is true about depression which leads to suicide. The public doesnt know where it comes from or how to protect from it. It sneaks up on people slowly and like hypoxia, when things start going wrong the mind has been altered and treatment becomes more difficult. There is much more to my story and I want to tell it. I want to provide material to your staff to present to encourage study for the same action as COVID, recognition, prevention and protection. We have treatment but not enough professionals to deal with all the cases. We have to stop the influx and I have a plan I want to share. Also education and understanding of the disease is the key to fighting off suicidal impulses, something Ive been living with and tried to treat for the last 10yrs. A week or so ago I went to sign into Facebook and it said "I had changed my password on Saturday." Since I didn't change it, I went into "secure my account". It said it would send a code to my e-mail so I could get back in. The problem was it was sending it to a wrong e-mail--it was probably the hackers! There was no way for me to change the e-mail to mine. So it said "enter your cell phone number." I did that and it sent a code to my cell phone. I entered that, but nothing happened. The same screen kept coming up over and over. It kept sending me new codes, but none of them worked. Then Facebook locked me out. I appealed it, but was turned down and was told I could NEVER have another Facebook account. Help--I need my Facebook account.
